Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@seyeonseoul.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@seyeonseoul.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items As a personal care and beauty product, the Seyeon Seoul Hydrating Lip Veil cannot be returned once opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific order.
European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@seyeonseoul.com.
